Where do you pick me up?
Pick-up is free from hotels on Phuket Island. We send your exact pick-up time by WhatsApp, usually the day before your tour. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes early.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 2 days before your tour date.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Cancel 48 hours or more before the tour for a full refund, or 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before, or no-show, is not refundable. You can change your tour date for free, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If we cancel the tour because of bad weather, rough seas or a national park closure, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
You can pay online by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. Prices are charged in Thai Baht (THB); US dollar prices are shown as a guide only (US$1 ≈ ฿33), and your bank converts the amount automatically.
Which price applies to my child?
The child price is for children aged 4–10. Guests aged 11 and over pay the adult price. For children under 4, please send us a message on WhatsApp before booking.
Is the speedboat tour suitable for everyone?
Speedboat tours are not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back, neck or heart problems. Life jackets are provided for everyone.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
You receive a confirmation email after payment, and our team contacts you on WhatsApp with your pick-up details.
