Cancellation by the Customer
- 48 hours or more before the tour date: full refund (100%).
- 24 – 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour date, or no-show: no refund.
Changing Your Tour Date
You can change your tour date free of charge, subject to availability, if you contact us at least 24 hours before your original tour date.
Cancellation Due to Weather or Safety
Your safety comes first. If we cancel a tour because of bad weather, rough seas, national park closure or any other safety reason, you can choose to move to another date or receive a full refund.

Send us your order number and name by WhatsApp +66 61-223-5197 or by email at holathailandphuket@gmail.com. The time we receive your message is used to calculate the refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money may take 7 – 14 business days to appear in your account.
